Details of how Visible Path staff will be merged with Austin-based Hoover’s are still being discussed, says spokeswoman Lisa Glass. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the purchase will not impact employment. Hoover Connect has been in a testing phase for a year. The program became available as a paid service Wednesday.”
